Home The peptide stack

Skeptic turned
believer.

I didn't start here — they came later. Peptides don't replace the work. They build on it. If the foundation of food and training isn't there, they don't do much.

What are peptides?

In simple terms, peptides are signalling agents that tell your body to do something it already knows how to do, just more intentionally. Dig a little deeper and peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up protein. Because of their size and structure, peptides can bind to specific receptors in the body and trigger very precise biological responses.

I use peptides to help reduce inflammation and support recovery. For me, they sit on top of everything else — food, training, and consistency. They're not the driver, they just help push things a bit further once everything else is in place.

If I'm going to use them, I care a lot about quality and where they're coming from. I know the team at Ascension Aminos and how they operate, and that matters to me.

If you decide to go this route, they've set up something for this community as well.

The stack

What I use and why.

01
BPC-157 / TB-500 Stack This is what I use for inflammation and injury recovery. It helps keep me moving when things would normally slow me down.
Inflammation
02
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Stack This is more about recovery and sleep. When I'm sleeping better and recovering well, everything else works better.
Recovery
03
MOTS-C / SS-31 Stack This is about energy and how my body uses it. It's not something you feel right away — but over time it supports how everything else functions.
Cellular Health

They're great — but they're not a magic bullet.

Nothing is going to work well without changing your relationship to food, being active, and surrounding yourself with a health and healing focused community. I use them because everything else is already in place. They help create a better environment for my body to stay healthy and keep improving, but they don't carry anything on their own.

Note: This is just my experience. I'm not a doctor — so talk to yours if you're thinking about going this route.
